BUILDING A CULTURE COMPANY, NOT A COMPANY CULTURE
Our beginnings were defined by an unconventional approach to making a difference. It’s a belief that drives our work forward, strengthens our connections and continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible. We are not delegators, procrastinators or nay-sayers. We’re a group of get-it-done problem solvers who never hesitate to question the obvious.
Working At Amylyx
Amylyx is a place where you can apply your intellect and experience in ways you’ve never done before. We’re inspired by uncommon perspectives and learning from collective experiences. Our team thrives within the unconventional, allowing our processes to inform but never stand in the way of progress.
We’re looking for mission-driven builders and collaborative self-starters who can roll their sleeves up in the interest of making a collective difference. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
We care deeply about the people with whom we work and have structured our benefits to connect them with support in every facet of their lives. Because when you’re at your best, we’re at ours.
Flexible work environment
We want to ensure Amylyx is an organization that allows you to do your best work, wherever and whenever that is. That’s why each of our employees has the opportunity to telecommute in a way that works best for all of us.
Discretionary time off
We think it’s important for team members to take time off when they need it. We offer uncapped time-off with no set number of vacation days.
Comprehensive healthcare coverage
Our programs ensure you have robust coverage. We offer a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) medical plan and an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization). Our PPO plan is paired with an HSA (Health Savings Account) in which Amylyx contributes 50% of the PPO deductible. We also offer dental benefits for our employees and their families.
100% Company Paid Life and Disability Insurance
We provide full coverage for life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage to help care for employees and families.
Paid Parental Leave
Employee Assistance Program
Patients are our true north; we envision new possibilities, boldly seek untried approaches and fearlessly innovate for them.
By asking the right questions, listening and learning, we thrive in a culture of continuous improvement, driven by generously sharing knowledge, making each of us, and the company, better.
We can only understand patients’ needs when we understand their journey. By deeply engaging the patient and care provider communities, we know what’s needed.
Patients are waiting; they come first, and we have a responsibility to turn our most promising ideas into urgent action on their behalf.
When we genuinely care about the work we do and the people with whom we work, we make Amylyx a place where breakthroughs for patients are possible.
