We strive to foster a “speak up” culture and encourage employees and third parties to ask questions or report potential instances of inappropriate activity without fear of retribution. We take violations of our Code of Conduct seriously, and thoroughly investigate known cases and take disciplinary action as appropriate.

California Comprehensive Compliance Program Declaration

Amylyx declares, based on our good faith understanding of the California Health and Safety Codes §§ 119400-119402, and to the best of our knowledge, that we are in substantial compliance with our Comprehensive Compliance Program (“Compliance Program”) and California Health and Safety Code §§ 119400-119402. Our Compliance Program includes the elements of an effective compliance program identified in the “Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers” published by the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS-OIG Guidance”). Consistent with our understanding of the California Health and Safety Code, this declaration is limited to Amylyx’ activities directed to California.
